Not too much is known of the set, but it does appear to contain autographs. Here is the info on the set:

Topps On Demand Set #10 celebrates Star Wars Rebel Season 4! The Star Wars Rebels Season 4 Preview set is a Topps On Demand online exclusive, showcasing the most pivotal characters and special guest stars from the show.

Available 1 Week Only (Monday Oct 23).

If its anything like the May the 4th set, then the sets should contain 20 base cards plus 1 autograph.
